Hello and Welcome!

Hi,
My name is Laura. I've actually never started a blog before until now. I wanted to actually share my experiences from the job that I have. But because of violating HIPPA, I chose to make my blog as vague as possible. I am a Health Care Provider working as an LPN (which is: License Practical Nurse). For those who don't know what that means, I am a step below a Registered Nurse. In my job, I can pretty much do what an RN can except for a few things here and there. I've been an LPN for almost two years now, but I've been a nursing assistant since 2004. I have quite and interesting job. I work with individuals that either have a terminal illness and/or someone who's had a long fulfilling life and is at the last journey, to pass from this world into the next. Because I could possible loose my wonderful job if I violate HIPPA (even being fine because of this blog) I will not use any names of patients, their families, the town they live in, the town I live in and the name of the place that I work and other establishments (i.e. hospitals, nursing homes) names. I have only been working at my job now for three months but I have learned so much just by talking with senior employees. I hope to see in my career in this field; life changing experiences. But threw blogging, I hope to share this experiences with people who are interested. Hope this keeps you interested. As well as keep me interested. Thank you!
